Imagine getting the results you want from your presentations. People completely understanding what you’re talking about, acting on your recommendations, buying your products, funding your ventures. Sounds great, right? But that’s not always how your presentations turn out.
In reality, you’re trying to explain complicated processes or ideas to people outside your field of expertise. Or it could be that nobody seems to understand how what you’re saying relates to them, when it seems so obvious to you! And even though you’re a subject matter expert, you have trouble creating well-designed slides that visualize and showcase your ideas in ways that inspire people to act.
When you fail to connect with your audience, you could be missing out on sales, funding, and the other positive outcomes you want. When people aren’t energized by your presentations, your messages can easily be forgotten.
There’s a solution. I’ve been helping people like you to develop and design interesting, informative, and inspiring presentations since 2009. Let’s work together to create your next amazing presentation!

There was a lot of engagement!
I’m going to have to encourage other presenters to do a live chat during a prerecorded video, as you did during your conference session. There was a lot of engagement!
A fabulous workshop!
Laura’s workshop, Presentation Skills for Brainiacs, given at the Women Transforming Technology conference was fabulous! This was one of the first conferences that needed to transition to an on-line format due to COVID-19 restrictions, and Laura knocked it out of the park with her ability to deliver valuable content while keeping the audience very engaged. Which makes a lot of sense given that her session is all about creating engaging content for technical presentations! I’ve had similar trainings in the past, and am an experienced presenter, but I really enjoyed the great examples that Laura provided and how she focused on simplicity. I’ve recommended this session to many people!
The BEST at Tech Con!
Rocking Your Remote Presentations is the BEST and most engaging presentation for Tech Con thus far this year. Amazing job!
Really enjoyed your talk
Laura, thank you again for the time you took to present at our conference; we really appreciated it! Our crew really enjoyed your talk.
Phenomenal
I had a great privilege to meet Laura at Women in Tech summit in Philadelphia and attend her Presentation Skills for Brainiacs session. I learned so much about presentation skills – the do’s and don’ts. Laura is phenomenal in explaining how to create effective presentations. With us being globally located and virtual employees, we need these skills more so than before. Thank you, Laura, for entertaining all my questions and walking us all through various examples.
Interesting and memorable
Laura Foley clearly has making PowerPoint slides better in her genetic makeup. She is on top of her game and has provided seminars for major events at WPI’s Entrepreneurship Center for several years. Her expertise, confidence, subtle humor, and audience banter make her interesting and memorable. I highly recommend Laura if you need to make your PowerPoint presentations extraordinary or need to train your staff to present important projects with greater impact.
Great feedback from attendees
Thank you so much for presenting to the Girl Scouts at our event. I heard great feedback from attendees—they thought it went really well. I truly appreciate you taking the time to be with us and giving the girls something really valuable that they can take with them throughout their lives!
Are you an Erudite, an Evangelist, or an Enthusiast?
My son is wild about Teslas! He can’t afford to buy one (yet), so he wastes no opportunity to tell me how great they are and how I NEED to get one (so he can drive it). To help me to arrive at the correct decision, he’s accompanied me to an Auto Innovation show, the […]
